Angela brings over a decade of experience in fitness and a passion for helping others achieve their potential. With a background in strength and conditioning, weightlifting, and boxing, Angela is dedicated to teaching the importance of health and movement to people from all walks of life. She has worked with athletes, kids, gym newcomers, and individuals with special needs, guiding them toward their fitness goals with expertise and encouragement.
Angela’s approach to fitness is rooted in empowerment and resilience. While she used to see fitness as only about appearance, she now believes it’s about how you move, feel, and the consistency you bring to your health journey. Her philosophy? Progress comes from just 1% improvement each day.
