Kelvin brings over 10 years of coaching experience, working with both high-level athletes and everyday fitness enthusiasts. Originally from Ireland, Kelvin spent 4 years as a Strength & Conditioning coach for a top team before moving to Australia, where he’s since guided hundreds of clients to achieve their goals. With a focus on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance, Kelvin has the expertise to help you reach new heights, whether you're just starting or aiming for peak conditioning.
Kelvin’s coaching philosophy centers around balanced, sustainable fitness that improves not just physical strength but also mental clarity and emotional resilience. He’s passionate about sharing his knowledge to help clients build a lifestyle that supports their goals and long-term health.
When he’s not coaching, Kelvin is challenging himself through endurance sports. He ran his first marathon last year, and completed an Ironman. Kelvin is always pushing his own limits and inspiring others to do the same.
